Refund policy — PackLite Gear

We offer a 30-day return window. You have 30 calendar days after delivery to request a return.

Eligibility

Your item must be unused, with tags, in original packaging (including the free air pump, dust bag, and all accessories), with proof of purchase.

Sale and discounted items

Sale or discounted pricing does not change your return rights. Sale items follow the same 30-day rules in this policy.

How to start a return

Email info@packlitegear.com with your order number and reason for return. Do not ship anything until we confirm. We will send the return address in Ireland and packing instructions. Returns sent without prior approval are not accepted.

Who pays return shipping

• Defective, damaged, or wrong item: we provide a free prepaid return label.

• Change of mind: you arrange and pay return shipping and any return customs fees.

European Union

Where EU consumer law gives you a statutory cooling-off right, that right applies as required by law. For change-of-mind returns, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect the return, if approved you will be refunded on the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your refund, email info@packlitegear.com.

Exchanges

Return the original item under this policy, then place a new order for the replacement.

Damages and issues

Inspect your order on delivery. If the item is defective, damaged, or wrong, contact us as soon as possible at info@packlitegear.com with photos so we can make it right.
